Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Cody and I’m an award-winning writer, actor and podcaster.

I write for some of BBC Radio 4’s most popular comedy shows including Dead Ringers, Please Use Other Door, Newsjack and DMs Are Open. You can check out what I’ve written for each show on my portfolio page.

I also write and produce my own podcast series, The Bermuda Triangle Podcast, which you can listen to through this very website (or through Spotify like a normal person). 

I’ve written and performed live comedy across London as part of the sketch comedy duo Mr January. Our live show OPRAH had a sell-out two-night run at the Hen and Chickens Theatre in 2019. Mr January’s comedy shorts can be found on YouTube.

I’ve also written and performed four live sketch comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festivals between 2015 and 2018. The shows were Bears! (which won an independent comedy award), The Big Time, LOOP and Fashion.

I completed a Writing and Producing Comedy Diploma at the National Film and Television School in 2021, granting me sketch, gag and sitcom writing superpowers (aka I’m VERY comfortable with rejection).
